This is an add-on service where you receive a microscopic view of your hair and scalp before and after a shampoo. An in depth conversation takes place to explain what is being viewed and the best next steps. *IMAGES AND VIDEO CAN BE EMAILED*
Cancellation Policy
Greetings and thank you for your interest in scheduling a hair care experience! ALL new clients must schedule a NEW CLIENT CONSULTATION to be completed before OR with a desired hair service. Once the consultation is complete, the best next steps for care and styling are determined and discussed. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Please note that there is a 50% service charge for late cancellations (less than 48 hours) and a 100% service charge for no-shows. These fees are necessary to ensure fairness and availability for all. Late cancellations and no-shows often result in lost business opportunities and hair care for others, as we cannot fill the appointment slot at such short notice. Once the fees are paid in full, booking restrictions will be lifted. **MINORS ARE APPROVED FOR SERVICES STARTING AT AGE 9** **THE BOOKING CALENDAR OPENS MONTHLY ON THE 20th** **ALL HAIR SERVICES COME WITH A SHAMPOO EXPERIENCE**
